Provider Licensing

All Veterans Room providers are independently licensed mental health professionals, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Psychologists. Each provider maintains an active, unrestricted license in every state where they see clients.

Credentialing Process

Before joining Veterans Room, every provider undergoes a comprehensive credentialing process that includes:

• Primary source verification of all licenses and certifications
• National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) query
• Background check and sanctions screening
• Clinical competency assessment with focus on veteran populations
• Verification of malpractice insurance coverage

Telehealth Compliance

Our telehealth operations comply with state-specific telemedicine regulations, including informed consent requirements, prescribing restrictions, and technology standards. We monitor regulatory changes across all active states to maintain continuous compliance.

Insurance Network Participation

Veterans Room is credentialed with TRIWEST and TRICARE networks and complies with all network participation requirements, including timely access standards, quality reporting, and utilization management protocols.
