Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By using Veterans Room, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Services Provided

Veterans Room provides outpatient mental health therapy via licensed providers through a secure telehealth platform. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are in crisis, call 988 (press 1 for veterans) or go to your nearest emergency room.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to view
