Clinical Partnership Tracks

Three Ways to Join Veterans Room

Whether you are fully licensed, newly licensed, or a doctoral-level provider with expanded scope, there is a meaningful role for you in our network.

01

Psychiatrists & Psychologists

Clinical integrity meets expanded impact.

Doctoral-Level Partners

Veterans Room is recruiting psychiatrists and psychologists to support our growing veteran-focused behavioral health network.

Opportunities include providing clinical supervision and collaborative support for associate-level clinicians serving veterans through TriWest CCN, as well as helping expand access to psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and other behavioral health services for veterans and military families.

As Veterans Room continues to grow, doctoral-level providers will play an important role in strengthening clinical quality, supporting developing clinicians, and helping expand specialized services for the veteran community within a collaborative, mission-driven care environment.

  • Co-sign and supervise licensed associate providers (LPC-A, LMSW-A) serving veterans
  • Lead future expansion into psychiatric evaluations, psychological testing, and medication management reimbursed by VA
  • TriWest and TRICARE credentialing preferred, existing credentialing a significant advantage
  • PSYPACT e.PASSPORT or multiple state licensures desired for telehealth reach
  • Military experience or cultural competence in veteran populations strongly preferred

LPC Associates & Graduate Programs

Earn meaningful hours. Build a career rooted in mission.

Pipeline Partnership Track

Veterans Room partners with graduate counseling and social work programs to provide associates and early-career therapists with meaningful clinical training opportunities while serving the veteran community.

Through supervised clinical experience, associates can gain required hours in an environment that supports the development of strong therapeutic, communication, and case conceptualization skills. Working with veterans exposes clinicians to a broad range of behavioral health experiences, helping build confidence, clinical judgment, and professional growth early in their careers.

Our goal is to create a supportive learning environment where developing clinicians can strengthen their skills while making a meaningful impact through veteran-centered care.

  • Associates serve the TriWest CCN line of business under doctoral-level co-signing supervision provided by Veterans Room
  • Outside supervisors are integrated into the model, Veterans Room expands the support structure, not replaces it
  • Meaningful supervised hours toward full licensure with a veteran-specialized caseload
  • Structured clinical consultation, case review, and ongoing training in veteran-specific modalities
  • Graduate programs interested in formal partnership, contact us to discuss curriculum integration and placement pipelines

03

Fully Licensed Therapists

Impactful work, supported by a system that respects care providers on the front lines.

TRICARE Line of Business

Veterans Room is recruiting fully licensed therapists, including LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, LMHCs, and LPCCs, to support our growing TRICARE network serving veterans and military families in Texas and Washington State through telehealth.

Our Therapists provide evidence-based, culturally informed care to a population that benefits from strong therapeutic relationships, thoughtful clinical work, and consistent care.

Veterans Room is designed to support Therapists by assisting with intake coordination, scheduling, and benefits navigation, allowing therapists to focus more fully on delivering quality care and building meaningful clinical connections with the veterans and families they serve.

  • Active, unrestricted licensure in Texas and/or Washington State required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred
  • TriWest CCN or TRICARE credentialing preferred, we support the process for candidates who don't yet have it
  • Experience with at least one evidence-based PTSD modality (CPT, EMDR, PE) required
  • Military cultural competence through lived experience (veteran, spouse, family member) or sustained clinical work with military populations
  • Flexible telehealth schedule; competitive compensation, salary or fee-for-service

For Graduate Programs & Training Institutions

A Pipeline That Means
Something.

Veterans Room is building partnerships with graduate counseling and social work programs to create a structured pipeline of mission-aligned providers trained in veteran-informed care early in their clinical development.

This is designed as a collaborative training experience, not a passive placement model. Students gain exposure to a clinically robust care environment while institutional supervision frameworks remain supported and integrated throughout the process.

1

Meaningful Hours, Real Caseloads

Associates earn supervised hours with a veteran-specific caseload under doctoral co-signing supervision. Complex, clearly defined presentations, PTSD, moral injury, MST, transition, that build clinical competency faster than generalized practice ever could.

2

Outside Supervisor Integration

Veterans Room integrates with your existing supervisory structure, not over it. We add internal consultation, veteran-specific case review, and clinical guidance alongside the external relationship you already have.

3

Curriculum & Training Alignment

Graduate programs interested in formal partnership are invited to discuss curriculum integration, veteran cultural competence training modules, and structured clinical placement timelines aligned to your academic calendar.

4

Mission-First Career Launch

Associates who complete their licensed hours within the Veterans Room network are equipped with specialized clinical skills, veteran cultural fluency, and a documented record of complex case experience, a career advantage in any subsequent clinical setting.
